At Cake Haven, every order is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. We take pride in ensuring your treats arrive as fresh and beautiful as when they left our kitchen.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time: All orders are freshly made to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before shipping.
Shipping Method: We ship via USPS or UPS depending on your location and order size. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Delivery Estimates: Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment. Please note that delays caused by the carrier are beyond our control.
Warm Weather Notice: During warmer months, we recommend choosing expedited shipping to ensure your treats arrive in perfect condition.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, cake jars, cookies, and other edible items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
For non-perishable items (such as merchandise, accessories, or packaging items):
Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
To receive a full refund, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or damaged non-food item).
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue at CakeHavenCT@gmail.com. We’ll gladly review your claim and work with you to make it right.
